HI since you are using dynamic ip address ..You can easily change it just by resetting the modem ....After changing the ip address visit sites like [url="http://www.ip-details.com/"]IP-Details.com[/url] to know your current network ip address....

It depends on the ISP and type of your internet connection

If you are in US and have DSL or cable internet (from comcast,verizon,Cox,TW ,RR etc) the chances are your IP does not changes with modem reset !
It is done at ISP level
