Double RFE on h1b extenstion I94 expired

friend has a situation, Employer is not disclosing details of RFE  but we are assuming its related to wage level as we checked LCA online they put 44k, they replied somehow and convereted to premium today morning another RFE came I94 already expired in july ...what are the best possible options and anyone with similar situaltion how u are handling...will hiring murthy attorney will help anything am doubting since employer is not sharing stuff..

h1 extension ye poyindi ante stamping ela avuddi dude... worst possible he has wife also on h1b with 140 approved so he is thinking of converted h4 and stamped and then eventually EAD but travel out country current situation he is thinking

so i suggest ur friend to get H4 conversion initiated for better or good.
