Dude, take it easy. people in this DB are not in position to report on their mestris. For them, mestri is the only option. 

Try to be like them. Start hating all companies except mestri shops for reasons like - the companies make you work 40 hrs per week, you cannot leave them whenever you want, no proper notice during layoff, less pay compared to contracting so on. You will like desi mestris too

I dont work for mestri. I work for a prime vendor. Client chetulu ettesthe ee vendor gaadu kooda chetulu ettthese type..he will not entertain payroll running on personal money. In case client lets me go i am willing to go back to india rather than feeding the mestris and their attorneys.
