no diff bro... air fryer is a small unit ..so heats up quickly.. adhe conventional oven ayithe takes some time to reach the desired temp and it heats up ur kitchen area as well

i usually cook in bulk on weekends for the whole week... so i prefer conventional oven over air fryer .
