A perfect example of government trying to save its face by propoaganda. Ground reality is completely different... A new state and govt needs to address a lot of problems. in the last 70 years, India could only manage to build only one city, Chandigarh and it took almost 30-40 years for the present day chandigarh..ofcourse naya raipur too... but creating a new urban center in between vij and guntur...its better to improve facilities in this two cities...lay out a modern superfast railway line...oka 60KM superfast rail line vesi, cut down travel time ...dedicated frieght corridor ki use cheyochu and create clusters in between these two cities would have been better option and antha private vallu chusukuntaru, manchi stretch of urban line create avutundi...north andhra ki vijayawada entry point...south andhra ki guntur entry point...express connectivity..radial roads...ila chesi vuntey baguntunde.. takuva expenditure tho maximum output...kani ikada jarugutundi maximum expediture with no output...and prices are so skyrocketed, common people will shy away to live there, forget about the commerce..
