Let's do the math 65 ante 52 vasthayi neeku 80/20 lo 52*168 hrs for a month = 8736 8736*12 for a year = 104832 10 paid holidays kabatti 4160 deduct cheseyi around 100k vesuko H1b fees for 3 terms(9 years) with amendments, extensions, premium processing, attorney fees antha kalipi oka 15k vesuko half gc fees nuvve kaduthavu kada around 6k ala etu choosina 80/20 eh better but future lo neeku antha rate rakapoyina 85k istha ante better deal adi.. varies and depends.. MusuguVeiMazzaChei Posted November 28, 2017 Report Posted November 28, 2017 avg 260 working days in year will give u 260*8*65*0.8=108K, thats 23k difference .so definitely you need to go for 80-20 even if u pay eh111 beee and gccccccc fee Quote
