original H1 is from 10/02/2014 to 09/12/2017

extension applied on 07/30/2017 with multi year contract client letter

extension rfe came regarding employee self evaluation and employee employer relation

rfe submitted on 11/01/2017

case approved online status on 11/24/2017

I-797 received on 11/29/2017 stating validity 09/13/2017 to 11/30/2017

also stating I-94 validity from 09/13/2017 to 12/10/2017

I'm not joking this is serious case and this is my own case

Now will I be able to stay in US for more 10 days and apply for extension again or will I be out of status ???

Typo untundi, naa I-797 lo date of birth 2017 undi. DMV lo license evamu ani chepparu. Got a new I-797. 

If it’s not a typo, apply ASAP. Worst case scenario u have to go out of country for stamping

passport expiry ite only i94 passport expiry date varaku istharu. I797 should still be issued for full term.
