Thats not a very good place ..scottsdale or chandler are good places. Scottsdale is little expensive around 1600 ki good apt ..chandler lo ayite very good apt 1100 ki vastundi.

Tempe lo students untaru..its an ok place but akkada traffic prob undadu so u can stay in chandler emo...

 

https://www.mark-taylor.com/arizona/the-met/  i lived here in past. It is by chandler mall. Check if it helps. Btw i used to drive to Ahwatukee/Tempe for work. 15-20  misn drive..around 11 miles

The MET by chandler mall..very safe and also good apts . I dont know about schools dude..i dont have kids.

 i liked scottsdale too but rents ekkuva ani i lived in chandler. Chandler is next best place.
