No. commies outside India don't work within the democratic constitution.

Indian commies respect the constitution too much, and don't challenge it enough. Or its various wrong interpretations.

how has failed communism managed to educate almost 100% of China, Russia before the 1970s, when 'capitalist' India is still struggling to cross 70% after almost 30yrs of policy change?

depends on what you call 'failed' anyway. If you were born in extreme poverty, you won't be calling capitalism as successful. and people like you have too much power under capitalism that makes you too confident in your sucess, and blind to the pitfalls. 

but everything will catch up. with a bigger disaster than 2008. both financial and existential.

Mao Zedong killed more people in the name of communism than Hitlers holocaust but still he is considered hero in China..so capitalism is any day better...before you imagining my back ground to be too powerful.. my family was just struggling to meet ends... Stop comparing everything with India and China.... China was never under colonial rule..after they came under communist rule they occupied thailand taiwan.. no person can speak against govt..bullying countries which has less military power...anyway you wont accept even if I provide million examples..coming to education if you want to educate 100% people... if the govt is focused towards this mission its enough.. we dont need communism..its as simple as that...again india has most complex society structure thats the actual hindrance for our development. World doesnt need communism I am waiting for the day when China Russia Cuba..etc comes out of communism and become a pure democracy/capitalist. As you are glorifying China i wanna  tell you what i believe..China is so arrogant and its a bully so its gonna fall like USSR pretty soon (USSR was far better then...that rivalry between US and USSR was coz of world war)  Another reason for China rapid development was because the world economy was soaring as it came out of the recession after world war 2. China opened its gates to global manufactures (just to steal the intellectual properties of course) at the same time in India we just got Independence followed by partition followed by China war... and we opened our doors for globalization pretty late...this is true story so it has nothing to do with communism. 2008 disaster? if that occurs again India will stant still coz our financial roots are strong... China will sure fall as it is mostly dependent on world market where as ours is dependent on domestic market..Anyway  for the long post..Communism sucks again..peace..
