Visitor visa question

I am planning to invite my brother, his wife and my mother for about a month next year on Visitor visa.

I am on H1B. 

Can they all go together for VISA? I mean same appointment?

funds wise how much do I need to show in my bank accounts?

Any other inputs will be really helpful.

Yes, they all can go together.

Funds per person 5K vesukunte around 15K unte better.

one more question, my inlaws are going for interview next week and in DS160 i have mentioned they are sponsoring for themselves. what documents should i send to them and what all they need to take. please help.
