Start with Amazon IoT button. I setup this in my office kitchen very recently. If there is any food left, someone will push the IoT button that I attached to wall in kitchen. Button will then send mail instantly to group saying food is available in the kitchen. It will cost you 25$. You can do a lot like these just with that 1 button. If you need much more complicated, try intel IoT devices. https://software.intel.com/en-us/iot/home Quote

Movie industry lo business ela chestaru antey answer ela istaru. There are 100 ways to monetize in the industry. Same thing with IoT. But this is very new. Think of it as black-and-white era. People are just realizing the potential, but do not know where to implement them and make them viable. Ones I saw are - couple of companies integrated IoT in their home appliances. They want help in multiple areas - how exactly they can integrate, what data to collect, what value they can provide to consumers. Pick one area and do business Quote

I am also thinking to have some ways to implement in Corporate world.. right now these are mostly for consumer homes and used as personal assistants. I am thinking slowly Alexa will be in companies some how in conference rooms or in some ways.. Quote
ranku_mogudu Posted December 5, 2017 Report Posted December 5, 2017 from door lock to lights and other things except kitchen appliances are smarthings at my home bro. door lock is pretty cool as I don't need to check for my keys and only my family friends who sometimes help us with things can get it and access can be controlled for all by me anywhere I am.
