[Help] can we bargain transaction fee on a balance transfer?

Hello Friends,

I got a Balance Transfer option, 0% APR, but 4% transaction fee.

Can we call bank and negotiate transaction fee? I need to do 10,000 and fee will be 400.

Percentage varies by credit score n once they decided it's mostly same , will nor chablnge but one single phone call won't hurt , so make a call to c.c n try n ask clearly to reduce if possible n you will know . 

My experience: they will not change .

Well,

I talked to Customer Service, they said 4% transaction fee is fixed and they cannot change.

However, they extended 0%APR promotion by 2 months more from June, 2019 to Aug, 2019.

so I took the offer.

Business chesina kuda, 12-15months 0% apr with 1-time 3-5% transaction fee is still much better option than taking same amount of money via loan in india
