Your best source is coinmarketcap.com, from Markets tab, you can find all the exchanges. Bittrex has this.

It increased so much in last 24 hours, better watch it closely before buying but you never know.

Don't swing trade bitcoin..had i hold all the bitcoins i bought..i would have made more money.. i made money in altcoins..but my bitcoin value is going down everyday because of its growth against altcoins.

Numbers endukule bhayya..made good profits from NEO. some profits in IOTA,EOS, STARTIS

i went big in NEO, STRATIS, ARK, NEM  some in IOTA, LISK, EOS

also, invested big amount in C20(this is like a index fund which hold top 20 coins my market cap). 

+ 10% money put into bitconnect and chain.group and ETHconnect(very very risky)
