I am  trying to buy XRP ripple 

steps followed:

brought btc in coinbase
created an account on gatehub and created a xrp(ripple wallet)
used changelly.com to do the exchange 
I can see BTC sent from coinbase

changelly transaction history is showing "sending to wallet"  but I am not able track the status using my ripple wallet address 

do we need to have 20 XRP gatehub wallet to receive these new coins ? I have nothing in XRP wallet in Gatehub as of now .. 

 can some one please let me know if they know what is going on
