Pros:

Good idea about tipping.

They are building platforms like redd.online and single login token called redd-id which might help reddcoin to sleeve up in crypto market.

I feel they are moving in right direction

They have been there for more than 4 years.

They implemented pos(proof of stake) somewhere near 2015 that's a very good move.

CONS:

Marketing strategy is not good.

Most of the core devs left the team, most of them are new, I heard 2 of the core ones came back.

Infinite coins, coin value only going to raise if there is enough demand.

They are doing so many things at same time, not focusing on one bit. Does not seem to be a great idea for me.

I  believed in the idea and invested very little.  

Please do your own research before u take any decision.

BTW there are similar tipping coins in the market like steem, socialSend. But like I said this was one of the original idea about tipping.
