Friends, I bought some coins in ICO and they transferred them to myetherwallet address. I can see them on my  public etherscan.io address, but they are not in my account yet, I cannot trade them until they are added to my account and transfer to exchanges, do we need to do anything to get them into my account? Plz advice.

Yes u need to add the token contract address to your wallet...

MYETHERWALLET lo custom tokens kellu...akkada nee ico contract address ivvu next token symbol ivvu next enni decimals oo adhi ivvu...Then u can see the tokens
