Money saving or quickest time lo India reach avvali antene Air India consider cheyyali. Time wise, hub airports like EWR, ORD, SFO ala aithene fast gaa veltham leka pote mamulugaane. 

Money ekkuva petti Air India book cheyyaddu plz. Inka parents ki language issues, leka pote they cannot navigate by themselves ante look in to Etihad's  meet and greet program. Based on the options you chose they will have a person assigned to help you in the transit airport, take you thru customs, take the passengers to business class lounge, come pick up and leave you at the gate etc. Etihad has its fallbacks but I would never ever compare to Air India.

I personally did not use it but maa friend used after discussing with me.

Oka area nundi oka flight ki minimum 500 people velataru. On avg 1000 ticket (paid 1300 one way).  Vadiki 3 crore per flight. Vere locations lo inka Chala vastai. Temp hourly based workers ni pettukovachu kada, At least check in dagara.  Competitive ga vundali kada..nenu elane vuntanu maranu ante ela...even customer service kuda edisinatte vuntundi. Vallaki patience takku. I can understand this, it's most of the Indians problem.
