notary paina witness signatures chesthe

Hi guys,

na roommate inida lo property kontaniki gpa for loan and property registration ki ikkada notary cheyinchadu.

akkada oka place lo this is signed in presence of ane column he wrote my name and asking for signature. notary aipoyindi.. technically ala cheyaru US witness and that person also has to sign in front of notary guy. kani vadu light theeseukoni just done with notary. notary vadu asked him to get it sign here and vadu notary chesesadu.. 

so factually speaking that is not signed in front of me. should i go ahead and sign ?

 

okavela sign chesthe in the future if the current owner ki property paina cases unna which he might have covered or vade vellani mosam chesthe edaina case ki lead avthe because nen sign chesa kabatti ikkada nen kuda automatic ga witness avthana for that cases too?

loan ki nen emaina liable avthana.. worst case lo vadu dead and bed ridden avthe(he is 30 but has serious health issues so im not over imagining) nen emaina loan responsible avthana.

 

pls answer me.. he is not doing attestation at embassy just notary chalu anta...

evadu cheyaru future lo ani just roomate ki chesthama.. his opinion is right. might be na case lo he might not be just roomate avochu or he may not be friend or may somwehre in between. how i filter his answer is different. 

 

surety petti illu ammesina experience undi ma familyy ki. so his opinion ki evadiki padithe vadiki sign cheyaku is right opinion. naku evaru cheyaru ante nen friends ki aithe chestha without doubt and valu naku chestharu.. first thing my roomate should have asked his long time friends or his relatvies in us.

omg, bayya chinna witness signature ka intha worry eitha kastam..

nothing will be on you dont worry..

You voice is only need if someone claims that the signature on the document is not from your friend.
