taruvatha CRDA approval techukovali...secretariat ki 4 kms lo Rs7000 undi gajam..

but this conversion to non-agriculture is confusing. not sure if they can do it without any issues.

nenu cheyaledu... last time agriculture land lo emana katali ante emi cheyali ani enquiry cheste 9% tax kadite aa land ni commercial ki use cheyochu annaru..
