Additional Muslium reservation from TG & Kapula 5% reservation won't be passed its up to Central govt. State govt just proposed and sent it... If reservation exceeds 50% which it is now if implemented center has to pass the bill which its highly unlikely to happen due to various reasons.

Yes, its clear, central govt wont accept it as per constitution.
