First Look: Chitti Babu In “Rangasthalam”

Cutting down the number ‘1985’ from the title, finally Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s film is titled as just “Rangsthalam” and the first look is out today at 9 am without any delays.

 

Needless to say, director Sukumar is coming up with a totally village-backdrop film and Charan’s character Chitti Babu perfectly emulated it. Say it his beard, attire or the attitude, the mega hero just nailed it with his getup. At the same time, Sukumar also stuck to getting the poster designed in a vintage way, which might surprise a few.

As the story is set in the village Rangasthalam, so is the title. While Samantha is the leading lady of the movie, anchor Anasuya is appearing in yet another hot character inside the film. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music and Ratnavelu is cranking the camera.

Meanwhile, makers of the film have announced that March 30th is going to be the release date of the movie. That set’s the early Summer into pretty excitement already.

ఫస్ట్ లుక్: ఊర మాస్ 'రంగస్థలం'

ఎప్పటినుండో అందరూ ఆతృతగా ఎదురుచూస్తున్న ''రంగస్థలం 1985'' ఫస్ట్ లుక్ ఎట్టకేలకు రానే వచ్చింది. డిసెంబర్ 9న.. ఉదయం 9 గంటలకు అని చెప్పినట్టు చెప్పిన ముహూర్తానికే రిలీజ్ చేశారు. 

ఈ పోస్టర్ చూస్తుంటే ఒక్క విషయం సింపుల్ గా అర్ధమైపోతోంది. మనం ఒక ఊర మాస్ సినిమా చూడబోతున్నాం. చిట్టిబాబు పాత్రలో హీరో రామ్ చరణ్ తన మాస్ లుక్కును చూపిస్తున్నాడు. మాసిన గెడ్డంతో.. ఎత్తి కట్టిన లుంగీలో.. మెడలో టవల్ వేసుకుని.. పక్కా విలేజీ కుర్రాడిలా ఉన్నాడంతే. అది కూడాను స్టోరి 1985లో జరిగే కథ కాబట్టి.. దానికి తగ్గట్లే మనోడి గెటప్ కూడా ఉంది. మొత్తానికి చాలా గ్యాప్ తరువాత సినిమాతో వస్తున్న సుకుమార్.. ఇలా ఫస్ట్ లుక్ తో బాగానే ఇంప్రెస్ చేశాడు. 

అయితే అధికారికంగా ఈ లుక్ ద్వారా.. మార్చి 30న సినిమా రిలీజ్ అని కూడా ప్రకటించేశారు. వాస్తవానికి సంక్రాంతినాడు రావాల్సిన రంగస్థలం.. హీరోయిన్ సమంత కారణంగా షూటింగ్ ఆలస్యం కావడంతో.. ఆ డేట్ మిస్సయ్యింది. అలాగే అజ్ఞాతవాసి రిలీజ్ కూడా అప్పుడే ఉండటంతో.. మనోళ్ళు రంగస్థలం సినిమాను వాయిదా వేసి.. మార్చిలో దించుతున్నారు. ఈ సినిమాకు దేవిశ్రీప్రసాద్ మ్యూజిక్ కంపోజ్ చేస్తున్నాడు.
