Bharat Reddy, who was accused of thrashing Dalits, has surrendered before Nizamabad police. A video went viral in which two Dalit persons, Rajeswar and Laxman, were seen assaulted by BJP leader Bharat Reddy at Abhangapatnam village in Nizamabad district. Surprisingly, victims came to the police station in Hyderabad and informed police officials that Bharat Reddy did not assault them. Soon after they reached Nizamabad, both changed their version and said they gave the statement in Hyderabad under threat. However, Bharat Reddy said he thrashed them while making short film. But, he did not answer why he confined them for 20 days.
