You think truth always wins in India? When people care more about money than the truth, someone has to take a different route to tell the world that money doesn't always win. There are other ways in this generation to make the point, which is what she did.

Yeah but matter enti ante Akkada nijamga ankul molest chesada leda ani. If it was just a allegation and it's proved that guy being tired evaded her space unknowingly involuntarily.

 

Can you please think of his reputation and after math of this incident per say he was innocent but may be by mistakenly alleged by this kid. What would happens to him and his family, do you have slightest idea of him and his family will be identified as ? Let's say he is innocent now tell me what happens in this case.

dude, do the same math yourself...if it is not the truth, it will be people/cops vs girl for the rest of her life. That uncle will be celebrity for next few years. We are not living in older generations where people get the blame and kicked out of the society for life. All it needs is an evidence and FB/Twitter post to change the opinion.  If you have trust on cops, let them figure out. If you don't, you wouldn't say why she used Instagram!

I don't understand why people worry about one incident while there are hundreds of incidents against women. What she did has opened the door for the rest of teens to think like her and not be afraid to seek help from public.

1st thing you do when someone complains of harassment is show empathy. you don't believe the victim, or disbelieve. just show empathy and trust investigation.
