naku 1-2 times same exferience aite fk interview ani avtalodni calllone 10gadam modal petta...PM got  intervened and diverted the topic asking some project related kochens.....but some how i got the job for one of it and on the 2nd one interview sesotodu edsudu start chesadu naku evvadu ila harshga ans cheyledu ani..

Dude ucha aapuko.. Half the candidates can't code well ani telling, no one looks for perfect syntax.. I am not infy TCS uncle and I don't ask stupid questions..

naku kuda same bad experience aindi almost 4th round of interview 5 min kuda teesukoledu interviewer (first 3 rounds feed back positive ga icharu) only one question adigadu which is code oral ga cheppamannadu nenu flow and logic explain chesa n desired result ki ela arrive avtamo cheppa but tell me code annadu important block of code cheptunna..cheptunte madyalone thank you ani video off chesi vellipoyadu...chala hurting anipichindi...

desis tho interview iyina i never experienced such situation...kani oka thella vaditho interview iyindi you aced it etc anadu but hr raledu ante call cheste i was silent for few seconds ardam kaka..i asked him for the reasons in call but never got concrete response even after emailing too...baga hurt iya 2 weeks....after 6 months adhe company ki

Recent ga 3 rounds of interviews ayyayi anni desi from India . 45mins call ani each skype interview 1.5 hrs tesukunnaru.

1st round asalu em adagakunda about my profile started asking Q ..literally 50 Q adigadu chiraku puttina anta long interview.. necessity ani was patient..  

2nd round lo interviewer full attitude chupinchadu and also expecting textbook answers..answer cheptunte naku one liner lo cheppamannadu.  I decided to let go of interview and told him i understand logic/configuration and how it is used rather than memorizing definitions .How do i answer configuration u asked in one liner ani reverse lo adiga. 35 Q adigadu.. i did well but thought attitude chupincha so potundi but surprisingly he gave good feedback.

3rd round is highlight. I did extremely well and was expecting PO but vachina feedback enti ante ..this candidate did very well so i doubt some one is prompting while on skype. Vendor ni banda butulu tittanu bodi project naku akkarledu but this is just insane you wasted my time..sense undali headphones and video call how do someone prompt....delay anna untundi kada ala ayite common sense kuda ledu interviewers ki ani coating ichanu. Vendor aey sorrrry the team is absurd i know you are genuine annadu. I told him i never knew doing well is also problem and not to submit me to crappy desi companies anymore.

I never take calls from desi companies but extn valla had to take. I would suggest to stay away from DXC company. 3 interviewers kuda valla talent edo chupiddam ani atram kani asalu not at all professional. Also, tindi tini interview tesukondi if u r planning to take interviews with DXC as noru noppi akali rondu vestayi 50 Q answer cheyalante

I am not sure but i think recommendation candidate evado untadu vadike iddam ani decide avutaru but namesake interviews conduct chestaru. Edo cheppali kabatti ila feedback istaru. Leda ati utsaham to fake stories vini edo pattesukunnam ani genuine vallani irritate chestaremo. IDK.
