Congress is best at being the ruling party, and BJP is the best at being the opposition party.

when the roles change, it has always brought India back by a few decades. This includes Vajpayee regime too. 

Congress is such a poor opposition, and BJP is scary while in power.

and yet all  they do is complain on congress that they are the ones to be blamed..
