It is completely up to you to present yourself.

Typically, starts with when you have started your professional career and what are the platforms/ technologies you have worked on and ends with your present project.

 

Here is a simple answer. but again it is up to you to frame your answer according to your skills.

Who are you ?

I am an experienced software developer who has delivered clean code and robust software components for both windows as well as web applications (your area of expertise here).

 

 Started my career as a xxxxxx (your platform) programmer for xyz company in abc (country), where my performance was always rewarded for finishing result oriented goals on time. Worked on technologies including but not limited to  xxxxxxx. (your tech stack).  (it is good idea to mention the number of years you have hands-on on each technology)

And currently working on yyyyyyy for the last x number of years.

 

 

I have done certifications in  xyz ( if applicable) and wanted to put my knowledge into practice and so looking for the best opportunity.
