Hello All,

Maa friend H1 Extension ( for him )/ H4 (OPT to H4) (For Wife )/H4 EAD (OPT to H4 EAD) (For Wife ) concurrent premium file chesadu ..  According to employer  3 applications same packet lo send cheadu.... and most of the cases lo 3  approve avvuthayi anta.

ee case lo H1 Extension and H4 approve ayyidhi... H4 EAD inka receipt kuda raledhu.

Question : maa friend wife working on W2 with x vendor on OPT status - OPT will end Jan 2018 . thanu job continue cheyyacha ? ( h4 approve ayyindhi kaadha - status change  ayyidhi)

H4 is different from H4 Ead she shouldn't work 

F1 is different from OPT kada but still F1 status eh kada rondu..

unless you have work authorization its against law to work...so valid OPT unnatha varaku work cheyochu and after OPT she has to wait until she gets the EAD document as @Bhai said..

one more thing... e madya ne skits lo comedy taggutundi konchem chusukuni improve chei bro..

H4 approve ayithe OPT card expire kakapoyina work cheyya kudadau until H4 EAD card vachhe daka rules prakaram.

How OPT card valid if H4 COS approved and no more F1 visa status?

yes correct bro...once COS is approved your F1 is no longer valid...sorry I missed the point...but the thing is COS ki apply cheseppudu they  fill I539 which has an option to mention from which date u want this status to take effect..akkada they give the date when the OPT expires as the date from which H4 should come into effect...so ne OPT aipoyaka H4 effect loki vastadi..if thats not the case then once H4 is approved then OPT automatically cancelled..
