Capitalism has been dead since 1975 in the US.

This is from another article linked in this..

In the dark comedy classic Weekend at Bernie’s, two reformist insurance employees discover the corpse of their boss at his weekend beach house. In order to protect their lives and keep the party going, they spend the rest of the film working to maintain the illusion that the lifeless corpse of their boss is still alive and is having the time of his life. To their surprise, and the delight of most of the unknowing spectators, the ruse is successful: the dead guy brings more joy to everyone who encounters him as a corpse than he probably would have were he still alive.

--------------

The dead guy in this story is capitalism.

I think the smart Indian (who has a good network back home in India) would pack his bags and go start a business in India. Because India is more capitalist now than the US.

also congrats to @idibezwada on his starting his business.

Also socialism is not the crap that Bernie Sanders was selling in the elections. Socialism means worker owned companies, without any rent seeking owner.

It is the way society should move if it wants to avoid conflicts. India is not there right yet, so can afford to be capitalist until standards improve for everyone. ofcourse India needs a huge tax increase to improve everyone.

socialist countries won't have strip clubs. perhaps its one of the reasons why US will never be socialist.

So good luck being a white man's bitch, because will become fascist for sure. &^%

I think you have a better chance to find your soulmate every weekend in some underground strip clubs in India, than taking your chances in the US.

or you can always go to Brazil.

How easy it is to build network in India? And raise money?

It is much easier now than before. I plan to contribute to. Ofcourse I won't move back to India, but I will invest more in India from next year.

India is not the only country that is poised for growth. There are other east asian countries like Vietnam, Indonesia too.

Problem for me is, I will be more emotional if I go to India. Those emotions may influence my judgement in the business. But in US, I can live like a robot and work like a robot.

nah.. don't be. No point. whatever 'ethics' you talk about is useless in real life. We can talk about it online, ofcourse.

go to India, and start something, build a network.

ofcourse, if you are doing something that requires venture capital, then India might not be a good place. very very few 2nd, 3rd round fundings.

Capitalise on this moment in India. and have one leg in the US too. because capitalism is dead, but US politicians and finance mafia will pretend that its alive for a long long time. But try not to live in the US.

Most money that capitalists in the US make is from very high tech, or with gambling.

The profit margins in traditional manufacturing or any other business is down in the dumps. both in the US and the west.

India's profit margins are also not very high, but that's because of inefficient companies. So there's more opportunity there.
