Already cloud/automation automating lot of manual jobs second generation ABCD's are joining jobs in huge number. Amru's are getting trained in lot of tech's. Lots of american companies represent the v(Tek, kforce, insight global) are in the evc model. They will lobby against it/sue it. As long as they end low wage low tech jobs evc model will not be an issue. They will be for high paid(90k+) high tech jobs(Development, Cloud, Machine learning etc)..
