Ninnu hire chesindi 10 yrs vuntavu and critical issues solve chestav, seniors ki help chestav ani.valla work style enti antey weekly 1 hr status meeting and assign some work, work lekuntey someone in team will take ur help if needed.its slow ramp up over 1 to 2 yrs.antey kani pichikukka laga weekly work 80 hrs from day 1 ani adagaru.first 6 months they expect u to learn their company products, customers, needs, teams, culture.annual review lo cheptaru if u r behind, no hurry.so slow and steady ga valla company gurinchi telsuko.also this is holiday season so relax
