Mostly yes. That is more professional way of withdrawing the EAD with less impact to business. Imagine in a client office if there 50 h4 Eads. having 50 people last day is more risky than having one by one leaving as per their EAD expiration is safe for the business

Immigration and business are two different bodies 

yes there will be a professional way that they will do it

but to the question asked by TS, once H4EAD is repelled,  even though you have validity i dont think it matters

if repealed, they will follow suit just like DACA EADs vayya...already vunna vallaki validity dats varaku fine. they might even put a cutoff date for sending new/renewal applications like they did for DACA...but uncertain with any of these details as of now.

I do not think it will be this way.... They might give them 6 months time once they have announced. That is the benefit and time they are giving to companies ante.... They dont have any challenge of Visa status of people so its not a big deal for them.... DACA and these are 2 different things ani naa thinking....
