Won't work. its not issue with zip file. It is issue with contents in the zip file. He has to change extensions of all the files before he zips them or paste them in notepad

it doesn't matter .abc or .xzy or . gip......they are restricting file transfers

Em peekkunna gmail lo nadavadu.they scan content of each file.not the file name.try testing with a line of script in a file.when gmail detects characters it will reject
