The people who are on H1B's right . they got jobs for their spouses and relatives. But do you think companies are dumb to employ them more than 6 months. If they can't meet minimum job performance , how could they survive ? You are assuming everything going right with H1B. There also lot of abuse happening with fake experience and body shops.. Good and bad both co-exist everywhere. H1B's are more than 700K in the US. H4 EAD around 200K .. working close to 100k. Abuse might be done by 20K. Quote

It is happening whether it is H4 EAD or H1B or citizen.. But she might be doing some minimum thing like manual testing ... or writing reports.. something.. Her husband might be so imp for organization... they are keeping her because of him.. These things happen but not much Quote
