Full smell... 4 pieces deep fried in olive oil...taste was great...cooked for almost 45 minutes... 7 pieces ...curry...chesanu...with lady fingers...it taste good today...hope by tomorrow ..it will be great....cooked for 2 hours... Tips : Dress it well .... Polish the skin from outside... Marinate for at least an hour...cook it on low and for long time... Cut raw lemon, onions and corriander leaves....and keep it for munching... Pros: Skin is super tasty.... Meat is of good flavour...little sweet... Cons: Hell lot of bones unnai...fry pieces lo bones are easy to take it out...but pulusu lo bones hard to remove... Smell was very intense.... Quote
