Example - 3 Java developer posts with my client 

interviews started 4 members  interviewed all ehh nalugu ( none of them have proper English or tech skills 

3 members h1 vallani kuda interview tesukunnam (FYI - iddaru aunties) lot better then ehh nalugu  candidates 

final ga employer offered for ehh 4 

coz no investment and low cost to ehh 4

where is the skilled employment I say

truth to be told..many jobs are karevepaaku jobs and as a whole we cover it up with 'Skilled jobs'. so it doesn't matter 2 months or 4 months they will learn and do the job.

Its better to leave discussions about H4 and worry about H1. I am worried after listening to IV call today.

No extensions beyond 6 yrs is in process. Not sure if its genuine. Do you think lawyers will lobby against this like I140 EAD as this is the major source of income.
