Students can get jobs, right now they are doing double masters or working in the malls. 3) H1B Primary candidates can get jobs. With this no brainer rule... husbands are not getting jobs to maintain the status. They should have approved I140 EAD, but thanks to lawyer and employer community, to make it as a unbelievable law, that no one in the world can think of or to apply for it. 4) Politics can be reduced in the team, because husbands are bringing their wifes in to thier team or to their cousins team. So H4-EAD guyz can get major support, even if they were doing wrong. 5) Productivity can be increased, because women most of them are concentrating on Shopping, India Calling (Mother, mother In Law, etc...), Properties, Weekend Parties. 6) H4-EAD house wifes, are accepting offers for less than a maket value to pay house rent, husband expensive health, car and home insurances. With that bringing down the market value of the position, as usual once they were hired, they know nothing about the technology or the business. Quote

Its highly unlikely that its gonna jeopardize the H4 EAD system. H4 EAD was born out of a regulation in May 2015 its not law... prior to that there was not program called H4 EAD... so its the same way the regulation comes into being..its the same process to UNDO the H4 EAD. the outcome of the regulation is H4 EAD will be gone.. but nothing to panic ... first it will be put out into the federal register... its gonna come from DHS late Jan or early Feb 2018. then the stakeholders comment whether it is great or bad or useful or horrible.... then government reviews all the comments and takes final decisions after that.. Normally it takes about 30 to 60 days for the process to complete and to take the actual rule into effect. Quote
