Yes plus okkadu kaadu ivanni invent chesedi, there's a team which works behind all these technologies that we see today and a lot of those team members happen to be on visas and are prospective immigrants.

2. Removing OFeeT extension: Again, there is no scarcity for new applicants and so there is no loss for universities. Students would never become prospective  i m m i g r a n t s, as they have to pass the h 1 hurdle (stated above)

3. Removing eh 4 E A D: This is populous vamrican demand, he will remove it with no second thought irrespective of facts, that makes him look like he saved so many jabs  for vamricans which otherwise would have stolen by iur Auntys.
