Machis,

general question. Why we should go for FTE vs C2C. For Example.. lets say

C2C --> 90 per hour --> 20% cut by Employer

FTE - 148K per Annum --> All Benefits(Medical and 401K) --> 5 % rise every year

Location: Sanjose

depends on single or familia....

depends on c2c project duration....

depends on mestri of c2c....client if full time.

90 per hr ante chetiki 72.. Which is roughly 148k ... go for fte for security. Adhe 120 per hr anu then you can think about C2C.

120 per hr ante 190k chethiki vasthundi. Medical and benefits max 20 k boss. 170 k chethiki vasthayi. 148k Plus benefits ante 128k vasthayi. 42k difference undi akkada.

C2C 90 ante 72 to hand ante about 150 k and full cuttings for leaves insurance etc and insecurity

148k Per annum FT ante full ga 148k W2 ostadi
