మిర్యాలగూడ (క్రైం): సూర్యాపేట జిల్లాకు చెందిన వ్యక్తి ఆస్ట్రేలియాలోని సిడ్నీలో అనుమానాస్పదస్థితిలో మృతిచెందాడు. సూర్యాపేట జిల్లా నేరేడుచర్ల మండలం ఇంజమ్‌వారిగూడెనికి చెందిన ఆదినారాయణరెడ్డి(36) ఇన్ఫోసిస్‌లో సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌ ఇంజినీర్‌గా పనిచేస్తున్నాడు. ఆరు నెలల క్రితం ఇన్ఫోసిస్‌ ప్రతినిధులు ఆదినారాయణరెడ్డిని సిడ్నీకి పంపారు. ఐదేళ్ల క్రితం ఆదినారాయణరెడ్డికి మిర్యాలగూడ పట్టణానికి చెందిన శిరీషతో వివాహం జరిగింది. వీరికి కవల పిల్లలు ఉన్నారు. మరో నెల రోజుల్లో భార్య, కుమార్తెలను ఆస్ట్రేలియా తీసుకెళ్లేందుకు ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకున్నాడు.

ఆదివారం సాయంత్రం 4 గంటల సమయంలో తన భార్య శిరీషతో ఫోన్‌ చేసి ఆదినారాయణరెడ్డి మాట్లాడారు. రాత్రి 10 గంటల సమయంలో మరోసారి భర్తతో మాట్లాడేందుకు శిరీష ఫోన్‌ చేయగా స్పందించలేదు. సోమవారం మరోసారి ఫోన్‌ చేసినప్పటికీ ఎలాంటి సమాధానం రాలేదు. దీంతో కంగారుపడిన శిరీష మెల్‌బోర్న్‌లో నివాసం ఉంటున్న నారాయణ రెడ్డి స్నేహితుడు రామ్‌కుమార్‌కు ఫోన్‌ చేసి విషయం చెప్పింది. అతను తన స్నేహితుల ద్వారా ఆదినారాయణరెడ్డి ఉండే గదికి వెళ్లి పరిశీలించగా అప్పటికే మృతిచెంది ఉన్నాడు. ఇన్ఫోసిస్‌ నుంచి తనకు ఎలాంటి సమాచారం రాలేదని మృతుడి భార్య శిరీష ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. తన భర్త మృతదేహాన్ని స్వస్థలానికి తీసుకొచ్చేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం సాయం చేయాలని వేడుకుంటోంది.

i worked for infy for the client Harley-Davidson Milwaukee, WI. Motham Infy valle, and most of them work atleast 20 hours a day. Full stress untadhi papam and they are paying 65K for 9 plus years of Exp person.

When employer send a employee offshore..he is sole responsible to report any mishaps ...emergency support

It is extremely sad. But the employees should also slowly draw a line between work & life's balance. 
I do not understand why they do not leave the organization and get a better role. If he/she is skilled they will definitely get a job with a better salary.

I have seen this too, but their commitment to the org is what is being cashed out. I am not saying everyone is equally productive. Slackers are always slackers but there will be some real hard working people and all these slackers will orbit around them.

lot of them have fear that if they come to open market in US they will have tough time competing.But guys who dare to get out of those companies do well
