Rama Devi, an 18-year-old girl married three others of her age, all girls, in Kadapa district. The incident came to light when the parents of one Mounika lodged a complaint with Jammalamadugu police that their daughter was married to another girl, Ramadevi. The latter duped her into thinking that she is a boy, they said. When police found out the truth, they were shocked to know that Ramadevi is a girl and she had married two other women earlier, named Vandana and Bujji. These two girls were however taken away by their respective parents.
