Time and practice, get a public library card near to your location, you'll find tons of resources. Good luck.

Listen to npr podcasts daily like 'here and now'  you will know how to talk if you can repeat oka 2 mins matladi without looking at paper or anything, record with sound recorder and critic yourself

Don’t worry too much about the accent..It is just a nice to have... try to speak slowly .. much better than a fake accent..

Quit db, youtube telugu movies and all telugu related entertainment. Have american friends, watch english movies and shows, watch national english news, go out to bars with your american friends, limit your desi buffets
