Speech delay in 3 year old

Hi friends,

My cousin's son is 3 years old and his not speech is fully developed yet.He just speaks one word and not sentences.He was born in US.He is going to preschool 2 half days a week.Any suggestion on how to improve his speech skills?

Take him to india for 6 months i have seen this several times..few of my freinds sons dint speak till 4 years one kid even at 5 years...just 6 months trip to india made the chnage...

also ask parents to sit with him and talk to him daily ...this is quite normal in kida these days esp indian born kids in US as most of the times we are alone at house and if they dont have many kids around this will get delayed..dont worry...he will be fine

India lo govt school lo oka 6 months unte chalu 

 Mana kante Baga Telugu mataldutaru .

Naku telisina vallu same did village lo oka 6 months with grand parents  first few  weeks fever tooka after that 

 Racha rombola 

Some ku velli ma tata paisal istadu naku choclates ivvu and range ku vachindi

i heard some years a story over dinner table. i dont rememebr whom, where etc now.

 

their kid was also having same problem. at age of 9 something they joined a kid in summer for ashram learning slokas etc. and end of summer, the kid started talking fluently anta..  i dont know any more details sorry. i don;t know the how genuine news it is too.

Dont delay further. 

First better option is - send the kid to India (assuming home town is village, not apartment life in HYD), if no sign of improvement , currently HYD has lot of training centers coming up for this situations. 

otherwise in USA also govt has free councelling/treatment/training , find out with your local county/city office , also a parent presence at home is required.

Love da preschools lo vadilyeakunda, iddaru working aythe, okallu job manesi, kid tho spend cheydam better, matalu automatic ga vachesthayi...

 

kids future is more important than money..

Thanks bro.cousin's wife is a homemaker.She always stays with the kid

It’s quite common bro. Mundu phone lu ichudu bandh cheyunri aa phone la thone matal bandh aitai. Involve him in larger group of kids.

But mother always try to communicate with kid ..Also not give ipad (Utube videos) to the kid, this is the main cuprit. seen similar scenarios few mothers not paying attention to the kids, father after coming back from goes to sports, gym and then eat sleep.
