H1-B denial question

Hi All, 

Need urgent suggestions please...

My friends H1-b got denied. His employer submitted H1-B extension in regular processing and it got denied. His current H1-B got expired in August. What are his options to stay in United States and get back to a status?

same thing happened with one of my employers employee , They immediately refiled one more again , I donno what was done . But his i-94 was expired thats what i know.

 

He is back in status now

Bhayya  I have question in similar context..

I currently work with employer A, H1 valid till 2019. Employer B has filed premium transfer, but asked to start work from Jan 2nd. They sent an RFE today, not sure what it is about, I will come to know sometime next week. Now if the transfer is rejected, what will be my options. Someone please advice, I am afraid I will be in serious soup. Don't want to start new job with this kind of tension.

You can still continue working with Employer A

if the rejection reason is level 1 wages then many of the mesthris are refiling with higher level LCA's
