guys quick question 

mar last week to india on opt ext and h1 filing april 1 st week .april last week lo opt ext meedha return ochaka i94 maarthundhi kadha will this effect filed h1b in anyways .thanks in advance

yes ,then  your H1B will be in counselor process. if your H1B approved you will get it with No I-94 then you have to go for stamping.
