You would change to employer 2 ONLY when your transfer petition is approved. In case of petition denial you would stay with employer 1 and your employer 1 would not know that you tried to switch.

Ledu story konchem different. Emp 2 is asking to start work on receipt number. He filed with PP, but just got RFE today and work start date is 2nd Jan...   @JAMBALHOT_RAJA

na project aipothundi bro.. next project ki veedu ventane join avvali on receipt antunnadu.. current employer tho approve ayyedaka cheppoddu anukuntunna.. okavela deny aithe anthavaraku kotha employer tho payroll run avthundi kada.. still can I go back?
