bodi is not the architect of this bill. any neo liberal govt in India would have come up with this. Indian economy is in the doldrums not just because of Modi.

Indian social fabric is at its worst because of him. as far as economy is, Modi is utterly incapable of influencing anything. his demonetization was a flop, both in reining in culprits, or in destroying the economy. i.e. whichever way you look at it. He failed at being a failure. lol.

I think people are thinking too much about this bill, I don't understand why a nationalized bank will go bankrupt. 

they are thinking about the extreme case if a bank goes bankrupt they will use our deposit to bail themselves out.
