H1 b extension dhs considering to re interpret ac 21 language..if they do so even Ms or PhD won't protect u..ur visa extension depends on USCIS officer discretion..all loop holes are getting closed accept it move on with options..don't waste or invest time and money here to find other ways to be here..just hang on untill u can..nothing we can plan in Trump's era..
