Had a discussion with someone re ECH1B

In future they have to do a pre registration process for all H1B employees. Is this true? Thought there was already something like this in place but I am not sure.

H1 B with only high wages to be considered-132k I don’t know why this number is specific. 132K looks like a random number, but who knows why they want to set it at that. 

Defenition of Programmar Analyst to be changed and they might remove a few of the other designations from highly skilled. Only a few designations will be made available for IT H1s. 

May be a rumour or may be it is true, but I am only conveying the message.

Yeah that is what they said. We have to fill something up online and wait for DdHHss approval.

OK man. H4 EAD thesethunnaeu annapudu kooda ilage rumours ani lite thersukunnaru. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of the rumour but a lot of people have said that preregistration will be required in the future.

You got your wish I think. Highly skilled definition change chesthe many people from Top universities with the right qualifications will get H1s.

What I heard: 

Google has 20 H1s at 140k and Witch has 100 H1s on 80K and 5 employees on 140K. Both companies have to pre register and DHS will approve the ones with high salary( an indication of high skill). The rest of them will go into a pool and after all the 140K H1s are approved and if there are any spots left they will create a lottery for the low wage guys.
