Many IT companies 

Time to play or watch Cricket

Good health benefits 

 

Cons:

Away from the world

Too expensive , less pay

too much Racism

Less Pay in AUS is a Myth, IT skill sets have the same or more $ PH/Salary in AUS than CAN and USA. 

Most people have very generic info on AUS IT market. 

Aus is expensive, you earn more and spend more. Do your research on AUS, talk to IT guys in AUS to get real pic.
