It's the city's first measurable snow since December 1989 -- a meager .1" so far today. Florida State University and Florida A&M University (both located in Tallahassee) are closed today due to the winter storm forecast. Joshua Gabel tells CNN that he's seen sleet and ice in Tallahassee before — but this is the first time he's seen snow.
